Y’all, the air conditioning was a lifesaver and that breakfast? I’m talkin’ fresh and just right. The pool area was charming, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Don Hugo was a gem, givin’ us the best tips! Just coulda used quicker WiFi, that’s for sure!

small pool, comfortable water pressure, spacious rooms
The WiFi needs a serious speed upgrade!!! TVs in rooms lack sufficient channels, making it hard to wind down after a long day. The decor looks more faded than fresh!!!

A Comfortable Refuge for Couples
The people here are very nice! Lisbeth, Yoleida, and Romualdo treated us like family, really caring about our comfort and needs. It's hard not to feel at home when you are greeted by such warmth.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the service, it was pretty acceptable.

We loved how the hotel is conveniently located close to local parks and dining options, making it easy for family meals. The room offered enough space for our kids to move around comfortably, and the pool area was delightful for our family to unwind after a day of exploring. The air conditioning kept us cool, which was a relief after a warm day out.
The breakfast portions could have been a bit larger for our family.

Staying in the Superior King or Twin Room was comfy. The bed was huge and the air conditioning worked great. The shower had amazing water pressure, although I noticed there was no hot water, but honestly, you don’t really need it in Cartagena. The room was spacious and super clean, which was awesome. Plus, the hotel felt friendly and well-kept, making it a cozy spot to relax after exploring.

The location in Crespo was excellent, with easy access to local parks and dining options. Don Hugo’s evening tips were fantastic, enhancing our local experience. However, the WiFi was slow, and the morning breakfast portion could be more generous. Still, I'd happily return.
